Your Body Belongs to You!Inside of all our bodies is a powerful source of wisdom and intuition when we stop and listen. This is generally not taught to any of us as children, rather, adults often seem to be at odds with a child’s delight in their own body’s abilities and joy in life. Sometimes our training to be a productive and responsible adult can competes with and invalidate our own ability to listen to and be friends with our bodies!

Week One: Becoming Best Friends: You and Your Body!
This week we will introduce the Green Gold Regenerative Self Healing Vibration! This is an energy that is very good at validating and healing the cells and tissues of our body. When we work with our WellnessAlchemy guides, they will heal you using this vibration.
What does our body/being communication and affinity space look like? We were meant to love and enjoy our bodies every day. Perhaps you were taught it was good to deny your body even. Using our WellnessAlchemy guides, we will bring this space into present time, clearing the energies of healing agreements, whacks, punishment, invalidation and self judgement. Each week, you will receive a psychic reading and healing to help you let go of these old energies!
Week Two: Your Enteric Nervous System
Your Enteric Nervous System: we all have gut instincts, we all know the saying ‘I knew it in my gut’. Your ENS is ground zero for your body/being communication though it is sometimes invalidated and/or confused. Long before we had a central nervous system, we had the nervous system of our gut. This week we will clear and heal the foreign energies, confusion and lies you may have absorbed in life that interferes with talking and listening to your gut. Turning down the body’s Sympathetic Nervous System (the active getting stuff done face of our nervous system) and turning up and healing the Parasympathetic Nervous System (our Rest, Repair and Digest face of our nervous system allows us to more easily talk to our ENS.
Week Three: Self Affinity!
If you can get someone to judge themselves, you can easily control them. This self judgment comes from many places but it’s difficult to have a good relationship with your body when you are stuck in judgement! This week we will clear this energy and it’s source from your Body/Being Affinity and communication while we continue to work with the Sympathetic/ParaSympathetic Nervous Systems along with the Enteric Nervous System.
Week Four Giving your Body what it wants and needs!
Cravings are the bane of many people’s lives. Your body’s microbiome, the tiny microbes that aid in our digestion and so many other aspects of our body’s wellness, are often overwhelmed by the inflammatory microbes that produce cravings: think sugar addiction. These pathogens are screaming at you for the sugar that they live on!
This week we will work the energy to clear any interference from within so you can both clearly hear what your body is telling you, and communicate in a way your body can hear you back.

We believe that each one of us had a part in the creation of our body. That available to each of us as spirit is the intuitive knowledge to heal our body when we open that door. We believe that disease and physical challenges are a pathway to learn and grow as spirit, and that fear and ignorance need not keep us from the blessings we find as we heal ourselves. As Jesus said, “What I have done you can do also.” As immortal souls we are all part of the Supreme Being, and that is the part of us we remember when we create healing miracles.
