WellnessAlchemy and Your Genetics - What’s the Family Plan?
Each week, we will do a different healing/deprogramming on the energies that create pain, invalidation and unwellness in your body. We will:
- clear control energies from your DNA
- clear the karma that keeps you from being amused and separate from family expectations and controls
- release the ancestor beings and family healing agreements that leave you feeling trapped and keep you from your own self healing energies and abilities
- play with the healing power of epigenetics: science’s growing understanding of all the ways our lifestyles and energies can actually change the body’s genetic expression
Weekly Class Topics:
Week One: Epigenetics
How do your family and ancestor beings affect your DNA? In this class we’ll look at the energy of epigenetics, what it is and how you can work with the energy of your genetics to heal yourself and your body from ancestor beings and family controls. You will get a chance to give a healing to your DNA and your gene’s expression in present time and begin to set your wellness and life goals your way!
Weeks Two: Karma and the Relief of Forgiveness and Letting Go
What is your family karma and what past lives did you have with your different family members and family beings? This week we’ll look at how to heal and free yourself from the family karma that holds you back from your heart's desire. We will also look at the vibration of Christ Force Energy and use it to clear karma and increase your ownership of your body.
Week Three: Family Healing Agreements and Your DNA
What ancestral beings do you still have agreements with and how do they influence your DNA and set limits on your life expression and creativity? Past time survival energies are often the motivation for these invasive beings. Things that were impossible and dangerous long ago can still influence how we express our DNA and our body’s wellness in the now. Clearing this energy can help revitalize your body/brain and your life path!
Week Four: Make That Change
This week we will look at all the ways you can effectively affect your body’s genetic expression through meditation and lifestyle choices. Your choices in life have real power to heal your body and support your goals. What you eat, if/how you move your body, how you practice self-care and how you challenge yourself all within your power. This is the class where we deprogram the energies that say “STOP”, don’t do it, just accept the family failures of the past.

We believe that disease and physical challenges are a pathway to learn and grow as spirit, and that fear and ignorance need not keep us from the blessings we find as we heal ourselves. As Jesus said, “What I have done you can do also.” As immortal souls we are all part of the Supreme Being, and that is the part of us we remember when we create healing miracles.
