Rt. Rev. Liz Tregoning is a professional spiritual healer, teacher and leader. She has trained and worked for over 30 years with Spirit is Calling, The Berkeley Psychic Institute, Church of Divine Man and the Divine Healing Center. She is also an artist and lover of the outdoors. She is passionate about gardening, dancing, walking the dogs, going camping, and eating chocolate!
She is currently the co-director of the Trance Medium Healing Program, where she teaches the 3 Year TM program and the Advanced TM program. She herself joined the 3 year TM Program in 2000 having never even been to a TM Healing Clinic, but was hooked immediately on the tremendous vibration of this special healing space. She offers professional TM reading/healings as well as TM touch healings.
Liz is also the Director of the Clairvoyant Training Program, and Lead teacher for Spirit is Calling beginning classes (Meditation and Intuition at Play Program). She has a passion for teaching new students psychic tools and watching as they take leaps and bounds in discovering more of who they are and who they are not!
She is also passionate about teaching women’s workshops at the Playful Goddess one day retreats and the women’s Miracle retreat in September, as well as attending the Woman and Goals Retreat in Hawaii in October. She continues to explore the natural and spiritual wonders of the planet and has spent time on 6 continents, some through amazing trips with Spirit is Calling, including many times on the Women and Goals Hawai’i retreat.
Mary studied Eastern religions and learned to meditate as a college student at Brown University, and is now a coach, consultant and a meditation teacher. Her work is grounded in two decades of meditation and mindfulness practice, including more than seven months’ time in silent meditation retreats, and teaching mindfulness and meditation classes at churches and Stanford University.
Mary has a passion for creating safe, empowering space for capable people, particularly women, to access their own deep wisdom, see their own truth and life’s vision, and transform themselves, their businesses and their lives. Mary brings more than 20 years of organizational leadership, strategic consulting, executive and intuitive coaching experience, specializing in supporting creative leaders, female leadership and business leadership development.

I was born and raised in a little farming community in the south of France. I began my spiritual training and my psychic adventures with the Berkeley Psychic Institute almost 40 years ago - playing in my most favorite place, Psychic Kindergarten! My life-long commitment is living life to its fullest. Passion and creativity are what keep me going at a very fast pace. As a child my mom nicknamed me The Sunshine Girl, noticing my unquenchable thirst for life. Later as I discovered the joy of snorkeling and swimming with wild dolphins I became the Snorkeling Queen.
My passions are: Teaching, Healing and Reading (clairvoyantly) …. My daily practices. My favorite practice is leading others to find their spiritual autonomy, by playing with and owning their psychic abilities. Traveling as a Spiritual Tour Leader is another one of my passions, and ‘Spirit is Calling’ offers spiritual adventures across the globe. I discovered this passion in my youth when I hitchhiked through most of Europe on my own for 8 years and then the whole of the USA and Mexico immediately afterward.
This October/November, I will be leading a group on a Magical Spirit/Magical Body Self Healing Journey to Kona Hawaii. Join me!
I am also an accomplished gourmet cook, I love to eat, create new recipes, and test them on my retreat goers (another reason to come on the Hawaiian tour). I also love to grow food in my garden, play with it, and work the energy of food in my everyday life. Always seeking balance for my passions, I run races, swim, bike, go hiking and work out regularly with a personal trainer. I enjoy being challenged both spiritually and physically - pushing the envelope, doing things I did not think possible all the while laughing at myself. And since a spirit is forever changing and growing so does the list of my passions keep growing too …God gave us a body so we could enjoy every bit of it. And I do just that.
