The Care and Feeding of Your Female Body
Being a Spirit in a women’s body is such a unique experience from what the men in our lives experience. Living in freedom, creativity and affinity with your body is the goal of this class! Using the body healing vibration we call the Green Gold Regenerative Self Healing Energy, you will practice meditation and healing techniques to reset your body’s energy into affinity with you the spirit, and into validation and affinity with itself!
Along with the self healing exercises you will do each week, your will be given a WellnessAlchemy body Healing Guide to work with. Each class will also include a psychic reading and healing on the energies that effect the happiness of your body, your self affinity and your wellness.

In this class we will explore:
- What are the unique healing and creative energies generated by each of our female organs? Whether you have had any of them removed or not, you still have the energetic organ to heal yourself with!
- Techniques for being senior to the energies of guilt and responsibility generated by a female body. The way our bodies generate this energy means we can often be guilty and responsible for things that have nothing to do with us! If a women feels guilty you can easily control her, even to the extent of her losing her affinity for her own body and giving up her own goals and mockups. In this class you will learn healing techniques for taking back your ownership and self affinity.
- How our biology and our ability to conceive, grow and birth a new human effects our experience of ourselves as spirit in our body, and has a profound effect on our lives weather we choose to have a child or not!
- We will look at the energies of the different stages of a women’s life: her fertile years, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. Understanding what energies your body produces in each stage of your life allows you as sprit to work with your body with affinity and not be controlled by the emotions your body biology produces.
Course Outline
Week One:
This week you will receive your WellnessAlchemy body Healing Guide and learn exercises for healing your female body and organs using the Green Gold Regenerative Self Healing Energy. Learning to harness and live in harmony with the biological programming to reproduce instead of being controlled by it, is an exciting journey! As a spirit, you can channel that power and creativity into whatever way you choose. You will receive a reading and a healing on the energy of your female reproductive system.
Week Two:
This week we will focus on becoming friends with our female organs including the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina, hormones and breasts. What does the powerful energies of our female organs look like exactly? We will focus on releasing the energetic judgements and foreign energies from this space and reset each organ back into affinity with you the spirit.
Week Three:
Almost all women are sensitive to the energies of Guilt and Responsibility which are part of the reproductive programming in a female body. Being able to identify when our bodies are stuck in these feelings, and clearing the body of them is an exciting step of self love, personal power and ownership!
Week Four:
This week we will say hello to what stages of our lives we are all in and how to use the creative self healing energy of each stage. Our reproductive years, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause each have their own distinctive energies and challenges. This week we’ll look at the unique vibrations of each stage and set them into having fun, creativity and being on our own distinct path in life.

Online Attendance Policy:
- For all online attendance, it is the full responsibility of the attendee/student to have the right equipment and internet high speed connection to attend any of SIC activities.
- Tablets and iPhones are not recommended to attend classes online as they are not stable enough. Drops are very common and audio can be of poor quality.
- Recommended lap tops and other more stable computers as well as headsets with mike option.
- The teachers will not hold back a class should an attendee experience technical difficulties. For first time attendees, SIC offers a free tutorial. Contact Carmen for more information.
- If is the student's responsibility to create a home sanctuary with no distractions. Attending classes in a car, coffee shop or other public places is not suitable for online classes.
- Should the attendee/student's lack of good equipment or grounded sanctuary create disturbance for the other students, the attendee/student will see his/her mike privilege taken away, or if on Skype, will get dropped out of the class.
- We are committed to creating a sanctuary for all to find their own space and honor other's finding their own space as well.
