Grief, Loss, Transition and Crisis: A Spiritual Healing Journey to Heal the Wounded Healer - YOU!
As a spirit in a body we deal with transitions from day one: Birth to the last day Death. Transitions, creating and destroying (the cycle of life), loss of a loved one, a friendship, a job, a home, heavy changes, etc…. How do you handle any of these spaces? How does your body react? Spirit might experience one thing, while the body could have a totally different experience. Both are totally valid! At times change will light up some survival triggers deep in the amigdala which then may bring out some unresolved emotions or sense of loss of control.
In this series we will explore the different journeys we take when presented with losses.
In this series we will explore the different journeys we take when presented with losses.
Week 1: The Art of navigating changes/crisis and transitions.
Is what you experience or go through all yours, or are you lighting up old ancestral, tribal energies and patterns?
Week 2: How to handle transitions, losses?
What psychic tool to use so you can release the emotions connected with the transitions/losses. Honor your emotional space, ground the survival, blow roses to help you heal YOU - the wounded healer. How to stay out of problem solving. Healing you, not the reality.
Week 3: Your brain and the energy of crisis, losses!
Is the wiring in your brain intact so you can process all the energies coming up and not give in to them? Clearing out past trauma and pain associated with changes or loss.
Week 4: How spirit copes with changes, crisis and loss.
Recognizing that the body (emotional part of us) may need to go through a whole different process and experience.
Week 5 and 6: Grief - Hello to all the different stages of grief.
How much permission is there in your space to have grief, be in it and heal. Difference between grief and trauma. Where do you go for support? When is it time to be alone? And when is it time to seek company and support. As a Soul you cannot handle grief in isolation.

Taught By Rt. Rev. Carmen Figueras
I was born and raised in a little farming community in the south of France. I began my spiritual training and my psychic adventures with the Berkeley Psychic Institute almost 40 years ago - playing in my most favorite place, Psychic Kindergarten! My life-long commitment is living life to its fullest. Passion and creativity are what keep me going at a very fast pace. As a child my mom nicknamed me The Sunshine Girl, noticing my unquenchable thirst for life. Later as I discovered the joy of snorkeling and swimming with wild dolphins I became the Snorkeling Queen.
My passions are: Teaching, Healing and Reading (clairvoyantly) …. My daily practices. My favorite practice is leading others to find their spiritual autonomy, by playing with and owning their psychic abilities. Traveling as a Spiritual Tour Leader is another one of my passions, and ‘Spirit is Calling’ offers spiritual adventures across the globe. I discovered this passion in my youth when I hitchhiked through most of Europe on my own for 8 years and then the whole of the USA and Mexico immediately afterward.
This October/November, I will be leading a group on a Magical Spirit/Magical Body Self Healing Journey to Kona Hawaii. Join me!
I am also an accomplished gourmet cook, I love to eat, create new recipes, and test them on my retreat goers (another reason to come on the Hawaiian tour). I also love to grow food in my garden, play with it, and work the energy of food in my everyday life. Always seeking balance for my passions, I run races, swim, bike, go hiking and work out regularly with a personal trainer. I enjoy being challenged both spiritually and physically - pushing the envelope, doing things I did not think possible all the while laughing at myself. And since a spirit is forever changing and growing so does the list of my passions keep growing too …God gave us a body so we could enjoy every bit of it. And I do just that.
Thanks for visiting. Please enjoy the site and do not hesitate to contact me with any comments or suggestions.
